Free access still needs the right account and match
The official NWSL+ FAQ describes a free service requiring an account. Sign in at NWSL+ and open the exact event. A highlight or replay is different from a live match; check the listing before looking for a paid alternative.
For U.S. viewers, NWSL+ carries selected assigned live games. International coverage has exceptions for matches held by local broadcast partners. Use the league's 2026 territory guidance and the match's current broadcaster listing. Free NWSL+ access does not mean every game is available live in every country.
Check older Victory+ listings against the current schedule
The league's July 30, 2026 announcement, published by Orlando Pride ended the Victory+ rights agreement and moved affected broadcasts to free NWSL+. It left existing CBS Sports, ESPN, Prime Video and ION national windows unchanged.
Use the current league schedule when an older article names Victory+. Follow the actual game assignment rather than treating the transition as access to all national broadcasts. Our Prime Video and ION guides explain those separate routes.
Test the device and check replay availability
The league's NWSL+ viewing page links the streaming service; its FAQ lists browsers and Apple TV, Fire TV and Roku connected devices. Test sign-in and playback before kickoff. If your device or casting route fails, check current app support before buying hardware or another subscription.
Replay timing depends on the original broadcaster. A missing replay just after the final whistle is not proof that you need a paid plan. Check the current event tile and FAQ, and distinguish full-match replays from highlights.
Our weekly sports schedule and captured events below are subsets, not the complete NWSL calendar. Confirm the date, announced source and territory in the official league listing before game time.
NWSL+ account and territory guidance and the Victory+ transition checked October 2, 2026. Verify current event availability; this guide does not guarantee every match or replay.
